This fully automatic a4 paper making machine mainly used to cut various large rolling materials such as office, paper-plastic,photo paper material,etc to different size (A1,A2,A3,A4).

Can use this paper sheets cutting machine to cut food wrapping sheets for sandwich, hamburger, fruit, to make various type paper bags,to make book or files pvc covers,to make medical x-ray film,and cut paper cups fan sheets or in mould label sheets for packaging material. With features of high automation and low labor intensity. The whole process consists of paper roll unwinding, slitting, sheeting, counting and delivery.

Features

Raw Material Preparation: The machine is capable of processing various raw materials such as wood pulp, recycled paper, or a combination of both to produce high-quality A4 paper.

Pulp Processing: The machine incorporates pulping and refining processes to break down the raw materials into fibers and remove impurities, resulting in a pulp mixture suitable for papermaking.

Paper Formation: The machine forms a continuous paper web by depositing and distributing the pulp mixture onto a wire mesh or forming fabric. This web is then pressed and dried to remove excess water and form a solid paper sheet.

Coating and Calendering: In some cases, the machine may include additional processes such as coating or calendering to enhance the paper's smoothness, brightness, and other desired properties.

Cutting and Finishing: Once the paper web is fully dried, the machine automatically cuts it into A4-sized sheets with precise dimensions. It can also perforate or crease the sheets if needed. The cut sheets are then stacked, bundled, and prepared for packaging.
