This non woven roll cutting machine is a kind of multifunctional machine integrated with slitting and rewinding. It mainly slits large-sized into small ones such as non woven, fabric, paper sticker, film, BOPP, PET, PVC, aluminum foil and other coiled materials slitting and rewinding.

1. Machine adopt 3 sets servo motor to control, it can guarantee machine working very stable.

2. Machine through PLC to adjust parameter.

3. 3" and 6" air shaft less unwinding system, Paper core positioning by laser.

4. Automatic error position control with sensor. Automatic tension control.

5. Razor blade cutting and groove roller cutting (also can be circle blade slit as optional device ).

6. Configure the main and the auxiliary touch roller.Friction air shaft rewinding 3" or 6".

7. Rewinding roll discharge collecting device.Automatic discharge device.
