In order to ensure the cutting quality of paper and printed matter, it is usually necessary to maintain the A4 paper cutter. The main points are as follows:
1. Select the appropriate hydraulic oil according to different seasons. Use No. 20 engine oil in winter to maintain its fluidity; use No. 30 engine oil in summer to maintain a certain viscosity.
2. Maintain proper hydraulic pressure. If the pressure is too high, the sealing ring will burst; if the pressure is too low, the cutting blade will appear sluggish.
3. Coat the paper cutting platform and blade mouth with talcum powder or paraffin. In this way, one is to reduce the frictional resistance between the paper and the platform, and the operation is labor-saving; the other is to extend the cutting times of the blade, and the cutting edge is smooth and tidy.
4. Add lubricating oil. Before work, add lubricating oil to the oil filling port of the machine to keep the machine lubricated, clean, and without noise, so that the A4 paper cutter is always in good working condition.
