How to extend the service life of the slitting machine

The price of the slitting machine is not cheap. Everyone wants to use the machine they bought for a longer period of time and be more stable. However, in order to achieve this goal, daily maintenance is very important. Before the slitter is used, the main components of the automatic slitter should be inspected and lubricated; when inspecting and disassembling the automatic slitting machine, it is strictly forbidden to use inappropriate tools and unscientific methods of operation.
To do a good job in the daily maintenance and maintenance of the slitting machine, the following five points should be done well.
1. Regularly clean and inspect the electrical parts to eliminate hidden dangers in time.
2. The use of the slitter is completed by the slitting machine and the cross-cutting machine, so high-quality slitting knives and cross-cutting knives should be used.
3. The daily maintenance of the slitting machine must be in place. The principle is that it is smooth, clean, and cleared (no dust, no sundries) in place to ensure that the sliding parts of the equipment are in good condition.
4. For maintenance work, regular and irregular inspections should be carried out on the rotating parts (especially for real-time monitoring of wearing parts). Implement regular adjustments, regular replacements, and make detailed records of the commutator to achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of the equipment.
5. Improve the technical quality and level of the personnel who operate the slitting machine. For the operation of the control part, a special person should be responsible, and no one can operate without permission.
In addition, make a comprehensive cleaning and inspection of the machine every two weeks; if the automatic slitting machine is not used for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a plastic cover to cover the whole machine. If the automatic slitting machine has been out of service for more than 3 months, the anti-rust oil should be covered with moisture-proof paper; after the work is completed, carefully clean the equipment, wipe the exposed friction surface clean, and add lubricating oil.
