3. Turn off the power switch of the rolling cutting machine, check whether the electrical control switch is working normally, whether there is abnormal noise in the operation of the machine, and the lubrication status of each transmission part.
4. After debugging the rolling cutting machine, the operator should put the production tools used in the designated position.
5. During the production process, non-operators cannot touch any part of the machine, and operators cannot touch the operating parts of the machine.
6. During the production process, the operator must keep a certain distance between his hand and the front feeding wheel.
7. Any safety protection device installed on the machine cannot be removed arbitrarily, and it should be reinforced and tightened regularly. If it is found to be loose, it should be installed immediately.
8. During the production process, if a machine failure occurs, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the maintenance personnel should be notified to carry out maintenance. The operator should not repair without authorization.
9. During the process of moving the cardboard, the forklift should be placed in a suitable position on the bracket to avoid the danger of tilting and collapsing. When turning, the speed of the cart should be slow to avoid the danger of inertial collapse.
10. After the work is finished, turn off the power of the rolling cutter, and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance of the rolling cutter equipment.
