1. In daily use, keep the ambient temperature of the A4 paper cutter at 19°C-23°C and the relative humidity at 50%. Under such conditions, the characteristics of the paper are relatively stable, which is conducive to the cutting production and maintenance of the machine.
2. When using the A4 paper cutter, it is very important to keep the blade sharp. Pay attention to the correct maintenance and use of the blade. Once the blade is blunt, the blade should be re-sharpened, otherwise it will affect the cutting accuracy.
3. In order to keep the blade of the A4 paper cutter sharp and prolong its service life, it is best not to cut the paper more than 40mm thick at a time, and the pressure on the paper should also be appropriate during operation. Generally, softer paper requires more pressure. , harder materials require relatively less pressure.
4. When using the A4 paper cutter, maintain proper hydraulic pressure. Because the pressure is too high, the sealing ring will burst, and if the pressure is too low, the blade will appear sluggish when cutting.
5. When using the A4 paper cutter, apply talcum powder or paraffin to the paper cutting platform and blade opening. In doing so, one is to reduce the frictional resistance between the paper and the platform, and the operation will be more labor-saving; the other is to extend the cutting times of the blade, and to ensure that the cutting edge of the paper is smooth and tidy.
6. According to different seasons, choose the appropriate hydraulic oil. Use No. 20 engine oil in winter to keep the A4 paper cutter running smoothly and unimpeded; use No. 30 engine oil in summer to keep the machine lubricated and stable when used in high temperature weather.
7. Regularly add lubricating oil to the A4 paper cutter. Before work, add lubricating oil to the oil filling port of the machine to keep the machine lubricated, clean, and without noise, so that the paper cutter is always in good working condition.
