Open the side door of the slitting machine and rotate the adjustment handle upward to expose the cutting blade, expanding the slitting area.
Adjust the pressure. Before adjusting the pressure, the pressure gauge needs to be set to the blade's lowered position. Follow these specific steps:
Rotate the cutting blade manually to gradually lower it until the observation pointer of the pressure gauge slides to the bottom.
Rotate the adjustment handle counterclockwise, causing the pressure adjustment bolt to rotate continuously until the scale value on the observation pointer reaches the required cutting pressure.
Continue rotating the adjustment handle counterclockwise until the observation pointer stops at the desired pressure value.
Check if the adjusted pressure tightening device functions properly. Close the side door and perform other necessary inspections before starting the equipment. During startup, observe if the material contacts the cutting blade as required to ensure the proper operation of the equipment.
