The paper slitting machine is a paper processing equipment that cuts and rewinds wide webs into rolls of different widths and diameters. Widely used in paper processing industry or pre-press and post-press mechanical equipment.
Features:
1. The paper slitting machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, magnetic powder clutch type tension control, center winding method.
2. The main engine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. It can automatically count meters, alarm and stop. All tension figures are displayed on the touch screen.
3. Unwinding adopts photoelectric automatic deviation correction (or ultrasonic deviation correction) to correct the neat edges of the paper, so that irregular materials can be cut normally.
4. Round knife (or straight knife) slitting, waste edge automatic discharge device.
5. Manual (or pneumatic) loading and unwinding shaft is equipped with a taper sleeve type air expansion shaft (3〞or 6〞).
6. Rewinding adopts A and B shafts (inflatable type).
