The slitting machine is used very frequently. It can cut wider paper or film into paper or film of uniform design. Some papermaking machines or printing machines will use slitting machines. So do you know what are the main factors that determine the capacity of the slitting machine?
1. Unwinding tension control: During the rewinding of a set of paper rolls, the rewinding tension should be changed as much as possible to ensure that the tightness of the slitting rewinder is uniform inside and outside. Secondly, during the rewinding process, if the tension control of the paper web is too small, it will cause wrinkles, interweaving of paper pages and other paper diseases. If the tension control is too large, it will cause bursting or damage to the paper core.
2. Line pressure of the paper pressing roller: The paper pressing roller presses the paper roll during the rewinding process. In the initial stage of rewinding, the paper pressing roller provides additional load for the paper roll, and works together with the front and rear bottom rollers to provide a rewinding force for the paper roll.
3. Speed difference between front and rear support rollers: The speed difference between support rollers forms rewinding force. The size of rewinding force determines the tightness of paper roll. Increasing the rewinding force of slitting rewinder can increase the tightness of paper roll from these aspects.
